Most bad injuries are obvious on the football field, but when it comes to the neck you just never know. This was cornerback Anthony Conner in last nights game against Rutgers. He came across the middle of the field to tackle wide receiver Mohamed Sanu. Hit hit him a little low and ended up breaking his neck on the play. The coach said that he is not paralyzed, but will likely never play football again.
This comes against a Rutgers team that saw Eric LeGrande be carted off the field last Oct. 16, paralyzed.
