That's right, I'm posting a women's volleyball match and it doesn't involve spandex shorts. This was one of the longer and more intense volleys I've ever seen in any volleyball match. The Illinois team beat the top ranked (AP poll) USC Trojans in a match that took all five sets to determine. The last point lasted 1 minute and eight seconds to play out and included 55 touches. The play included many diving saves and ended when a USC player hit a spike over the back line. Illinois will now move on to the national championship game against UCLA.
