Jerry Sandusky Waives Preliminary Trial, Drops a Football Reference When Talking to the Press (Video)

Ex Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky waived his preliminary trial that was scheduled to take place today.  His attorney Joe Amendola claimed that they wouldn't have been able to mount a defense today and thought it would be better to wait until the actual trial.  The preliminary trial would have mostly consisted of the victims telling the court what had happened, and not allowed Amendola to ask to many questions or call anyone to the stand.  Sandusky remains set on the fact that he never sexually assaulted any of these victims.  In an interview with Amendola he said that they will attack the credibility of the victims and that money is a huge motivator in the case.  He also wants to attack the credibility of former Penn State coach Mike McQueary and the inconsistency of his statements.  Here is the video showing Jerry Sandusky leaving the court room  and dropping a football reference saying "We are going to stay the course to fight for four quarters."  Hopefully Amendola is a LeBron and not a Tebow kind of guy.  Failing in the fourth quarter instead of stepping up in the fourth quarter.
