This wasn't pretty. Daniel Paille is standing strait up when Steve Staios lines up a slap shot and fires it directly into his face. Paille immediately goes down in pain and the helmet above is what resulted from the play. Paille was able to leave the ice on his own power and the coach confirmed that he took the puck around the nose area and will see a specialist. The Bruins would go on to beat the Islanders 6-2.
