By now if you don't know Chael Sonnen you have a lot of catching up to do. He talks trash about anyone and everyone in MMA without cause. He decided to take a shot at UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste in a recent interview with Las Vegas Weekly.
Who are you pulling for in the Ring Girl of the year category?
We only had one and that was Chandella [Powell]. The other was the IQ
card girl. Arianny [Celeste] kind of walks around and holds up her
latest test score. One time when there was a title fight, she got all
the way up to five and we were very proud of her.
Obviously he has a thing for Chandella Powell, but he had no reason to take a shot at Celeste. He likes to cause drama and force as much attention on himself as possible. Celeste being the fiesty girl that she is took a shot back at Sonnen on twitter.
“Hey what’s ur name.. after @spideranderson kicks your ass..u won’t even be able to count to 5!! Get ready to kiss brazils ass!”
You gotta respect that even if you are somehow a huge Sonnen fan. The man kicked Anderson Silva's ass for four rounds only to get submitted by Anderson in round five of their title fight. That has to be a little salt in his wound even if he won't admit it. Sonnen clearly wasn't done though and responded back with this tweet.
“Seems easy to wear a bikini and seems easy to walk in a circle, but try
walking in a circle while wearing a bikini. Talented girl!”
Clearly this guy has something wrong in the head, but I can't argue that he doesn't keep me entertained. The tweet war has recently been deleted from twitter, probably because of UFC President Dana White, but we still have the reminisce that we can laugh at.
