Jerry Sandusky’s Lawyer Does Interview With ABC, Makes Sandusky Look Guilty Again (Video)
Two new cases against two new kids who are still underage are being investigated by Pennsylvania authorities. These cases will be separated from the ongoing investigation, because the newest victim's are still under the age of 18. In Pennsylvania, adult allegations of abuse are handled by police, even
if they occurred when the accuser was a child; CYS' involvement is
triggered when allegations involve children younger than 18.
Sandusky's lawyer Joe Amendola sat down with ABC news and spoke about his client for the second time on television. He talks about newest victims coming forward and that he thinks his client will be locked up before the trial even starts based on these new claims.
The most notable part of the interview is when his lawyer claims that the molestations that occurred in Sandusky's home couldn't have happened because his house was always crowded like a hotel. ABC reporter Jim Avila responded with “A lot of people have sex in hotels.” and Joe Amendola responded with "You’re right they have sex in hotels. But this was a house. And the house was filled with people.”
Now this might be looking into the conversation a little bit to much, but I think many of the charges are based on him sexually assaulting kids in hotels?? Is he admitting that part of the investigation is true? Seems a little fishy if nothing else.
