Mariners Outfielder Greg Halman Stabbed to Death

Seattle Mariners outfielder Greg Halman has been stabbed to death early Monday morning.  His brother has been taken into custody as a suspect.  Dutch police reported to a call early this morning and found Halman in the home bleeding from a stab wound.  The officers and paramedics were unable to save Halman. No charges have been filed, but his 22-year-old brother is being questioned to find out exactly what happened.  Halman has appeared in only 44 games over the past two years and has a career batting average of .207.  2011 was considered his rookie season.  Baseball America ranked Halman as the Mariners #1 prospect.
