This is FOX 13 accidentally filming an unidentified naked Tampa Bay Buccaneer player in the background during a locker room interview. They were interviewing tackle Donald Penn when a random player from the team was seen changing behind him with his junk flopping around. Awkwardly the interview was about a measurement play at the end of the game where the refs didn't even measure for the first down, and Donald decides to say "measurement about 10 times." The video is clearly NSFW.
