Here is the 23 page report from the Grand Jury on the Penn State Child Sex case.
I have tried to consolidate the report as best that I could, but you should read the whole statement if you have time. Be aware that this content is disturbing and involves young children.
Victim 1: This victim was around 11 or 12 years old when he met Sandusky, Sandusky performed oral sex on Victim 1 on a number of occasions, Victim 1 performed oral sex on Sandusy at least once. During the 2007 track season they spent time with each other weekly and the boy would stay overnight at his residence in State College, Pennsylvania. Sandusky gave the boy many presents over this time. He would sleep in the basement of Sandusky and Sandusky would come down after bed time and touch him, kiss him, and eventually perform oral sex over 20 times. The boy tried to cut ties with Sandusky as he grew older and went to High School, but Sandusky helped coach the high school football team where Victim 1 attended. They would be caught together a couple times by the coach of the wrestling team when they were "lying on the ground together" on the wrestling mats. Sandusky would claim they were practicing wrestling moves, but it would be after hours when they were caught.
Victim 2: A graduate assistant entered the locker room at the Lasch Football building to put away new sneakers he had bought. He saw that the light and shower were on so he looked in the shower after putting his shoes in his locker. He saw Sandusky performing anal sex on a boy of approximitaly 10 years of age. The assistant called his father and immediatly went home, they decided the next day they would report it to coach Paterno. He told coach Paterno the next morning. Paterno then told Penn State Athletic Director that the graduate assistant had seen Jerry Sandusky fondling or doing something of sexual nature to a young boy in the showers. The athletic director would then take away Sandusk's keys to the locker room and report him to The Second Mile. The graduate assistant would never get questioned by police or anyone until he testified in 2010.
Victim 3: Met Sandusky in 2000 when he was between 7th and 8th grade. He would invite victim three for dinner, walks, and to Penn State football games. They would shower after the gym and Victim 3 would shower away from him because he felt awkward. Sandusky made him feel bad about it and move close to him in the showers. He would slowly move to phyisical contact, hugging, washing hair, ect. Victim 3 also slept in Sandusk's basement where he would engage in tickling, rubbing his back, and toching his genitals. Victim 3 new Victim 4 to spend a lot of time with Sandusky.
Victim 4: He was singled out around age 12 or 13 in his second year with the Second Mile Program. Victim 4 said he went to a picnic where Sandusky tested him by physical contact in the pool. They would then shower together after workouts and sports in the old East locker rooms. He engaged with him by starting a "soap battle" in the shower. He would eventually start sleeping over and attended the 1998 Outback Bowl under Sandusk's family party. He would attend many charity events with Sandusky and stay in the same Hotel room. Sandusky would wrestle him and get him into positions where his genitals were in his face. He would eventually force his penis into Victim 4's mouth and penetrate his anus with fingers and his penis. Victim 4 would resist these attempts and Sandusky threatened to send him home from the Alamo Bowl in Texas when he resisted. Sandusky also showered victim 4 with gifts, trips, and promises of playing at Penn State.
Victim 5: Met Sandusky at age 7 or 8. Victim 5 attended up to 15 football games as a guest of Sandusky. Victim 5 would also shower after physical activity, but stayed far away from Sandusky because he had never been naked in front of a stranger before. He said he looked behind him and Sandusky was looking at him with an erection. Next thing he new Sandusky was behind him touching him on the shoulder, Sandusky then pinned him up against the wall and forced his hand on his erect penis. Victim 5 left the shower and got dressed, Sandusky never touched him again.
The list goes on down to 8 victims. It was pretty hard to read so I will leave it at that. I think you get the picture of how insane this guy was from the first five victims. I think it is safe to say that firing everyone involved with this was the right thing to do.
