This is the latest version of the NBA's CBA proposal to the players. The NBA released this proposal to USA Today to let everyone see what the current offer is. The league is hoping that the "normal" players will see the proposal and put pressure on the players union to accept. The union is most likely going to make it's amendments to the proposal and send it back to the owners for a vote. Seems to me like this could take a while longer since this has been the process from the beginning. Neither side seems to want to budge to much, which is why the owners released this current proposal to the public. Hopefully these greedy bastards will work out something soon and get on the court.
