This is MMA fighter Chael Sonnen being interviewed by Michael Landsberg of Canada’s “Off The Record.” I honestly can't say if this interview is better or worse than the Mayweather interview from a couple weeks back. Both of them are crazy, and both of them have insane people making absolutely no sense.
Sonnen has made a name for himself as one of the most unpredictable people in MMA. He is asked many questions by Michael that he just won't answer or that he plays off as stupid questions. Michael calls him out for retracting his offer to Anderson Silva about him quitting the UFC if he loses. Sonnen then tells him that Anderson never excepted the offer so it wasn't like he was scared to keep the offer on the table. He then insults Michael's home country of Canada. Sonnen eventually acts like he is sleeping during the interview and walks off the set. As he is taking off his ear piece Michael tells him he needs to do some sit ups.
This is good entertainment if nothing else. Most likely Sonnen knows he will lose to Anderson Silva, which is why he retracted his offer. Let's hope for our sake he does a couple more interviews before the fight.
