Other than Tiger Woods we don't usually get many golfers going off on the fans. It's just Tiger's style to get hype and take it out on everyone around him like Happy Gilmore would. This time Hunter Mahan heard a fan making noise during his swing at the Presidents Cup today. He wasn't to happy about it and said "Come on really, What the fuck, that's uncalled for really, who was it." Then he went on to point someone out in the crowd and probably got the poor schlub kicked out.
Never understood why golf needed to be that quiet. Like if everyone played normally with a lot of noise around it wouldn't be that big of a deal. Every other sport has to deal with loud ass fans when they are trying to play. Why do golfers think they are better than everyone else? Fans should be allowed to heckle golfers they don't like. Just a thought.
