PORTLAND, Ore. -- A man behind the wheel of a
stolen car plowed through crime scene tape near the Lloyd Center mall,
where a 14-year-old was shot in the head Monday, Portland police say.
When
officers found the driver, identified as Kevin Signalness, they said he
had his pants unzipped and a pornographic magazine laying on the
passenger seat.Signalness appeared in court Tuesday to face
charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving
and public indecency, among others.
Signalness...I have so many questions for you. First of all, where do you get off rocking a do like that? Your head looks like a stalk of broccoli. 2) why are you snarling in your mug shot? Im guessing you were still choking it when they snapped this pic and thats just your spank face. 3)Why the fuck were you crankin off while driving drunk, IN A STOLEN CAR? I cant think of a possible explanation for this other than, you stole a car and knew you were going to jail so you decided to chub it up in case you got a hot lady cop and you wanted her to think you were packin. Bro, lay off the Wild Irish Rose, keep you junk in you pants, and for gods sake, put a fucking bag on your head or something. Your gonna get arrested for looking like a rapist.
