I saw this story posted yesterday, but just found the video evidence so I'm glad I waited. This crazy old woman thinks she is in a relationship with her neighbor who obviously thinks she is crazy also. She goes over to his house for a kiss and gets denied. Her next move was to go back to her house and grab her hand gun and shoot his house up. Crazy old bitch needs to be locked up in a strait jacket. I wonder if she did a drive by in her motorized scooter?
