Jean Pascal Calls Bernard Hopkins a Cheater at Press Conference

 I still don't understand how boxing doesn't have mandatory drug tests before fights.  MMA does this and suspends fighters if they are caught.  Maybe they do it so fighters can talk shit to each other on stage like this, and start fights outside of the ring.  Boxing is so spent that this press conference fight is the best media coverage they will ever get.
