Did Serene Branson Have A Stroke Or Did She Completely Forget English?

I'm potentially walking on egg shells here so I'm gonna be nice. If she really had a stroke I hope she is doing okay, but I really hope she didn't because this is potentially one of the biggest reporter meltdowns in history. I mean it was complete diarrhea of the mouth, and it looked like she had no chance of recovery. She even says the last part with conviction as if it made total sense. Get well soon Serene.
