I would be pretty fucking heated if I got a ticket for not riding in a damn bike lane too. NYC is such a shitty city for traffic and construction, how the hell are you going to ticket a damn bike rider. Pathetic. This video is hilarious. I think that cop needs to pay this dude his 50 bucks out of his pocket.
