Well I said seven games before it started, but I'm damn sure happy with six. They killed it from beyond the ark the last three games of the series and played good zone defense. The Heat missed 13 free throws in game 6 and couldn't overcome the three balls from the Mavs and Jason Terry. The bench won the series for the Mavs like we all expected. Before the season started Jason Terry got a tattoo of the NBA title on his arm and backed it up by dropping 27 points and securing the victory.
Glad that Dirk and J Kidd could get their title before LeBron could. With the Lakers eye-balling Dwight Howard and the Bulls and Thunder only getting better with age, it is no guarantee that LeBron will ever get a title and that damn sure puts a smile on my face. I wish I could party with Mark Cuban tonight.
