Hmm...Im gonna go out on a limb here and say hes just constipated, but who knows. I was wondering where the cops driving that van were, but then I realized they are probably shooting paper rock scissors to see who has to get out and deal with this nut bag. (no pun intended) Nice balls man, now lets go beat the streets.
