Kikster - The now former governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger has
officially come back out from his short retirement after signing a
development deal to bring back his role as The Terminator in a new
sequel that's bound to hit the big screen!
Ever since his 7 years
serving as the Governor of California ended in January, Arnold has been
checking out quite a few different film projects. Now Arnold is set to
star in a new Terminator movie appropriately titled 'Terminator 5'.
The
movie, which is still only in the preproduction stage still, will more
than likely be directed by director Justin Lin, who just did the fifth
'Fast And The Furious' film. No screenwriter is attached to the project,
but it is being lead by Robert Cort, producer of 'Jumanji' as well as
'Against the Ropes'.
Arnold told The Los Angeles Times:
"I can step very comfortably into the entertainment world and do an action movie with the same violence that I've always done."
Arnold also went on to say a few things regarding himself and how he feels he's aged over the years:
"I
feel shitty when I look at myself in the mirror. I'm not competing, I'm
not ripping off my shirt and trying to sell the body... when I stand in
front of the mirror and really look, I wonder: What the fu*k happened
here? Jesus Christ. What a beating!"
Respect to the man, the myth, the legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger for giving every true action fans what they want. One last run by Arnold before he hangs it up for good would be nothing less than spectacular. If this dude starts hitting the gym and getting his muscle back he can still be a stud on screen. With the right motivation I think he can pull a Stallone and be a diesel old man that we all still want to watch. Good luck brother we are all rooting for a Terminator 5.
