I can't even begin to guess what the hell that thing is. I've seen some ugly ass tattoos in my day, but this takes the title for ugliest piece of shit ever. I would say his wife is going to see this and leave his ass but I don't think I can do that. His wife let's him bang out a random chick once every year. I don't think she has to worry now though, if some random chick sees this on his back she will be running out the door as fast as possible. Reminds me of the guy from Red Dragon. Fucking Freak.
