MLS Player Gets Kicked in the Throat on Bicycle Kick (Video)

 Justin Meram of the Columbus Crew inadvertently kicks Hernan Pertuz of FC Dallas in the throat while attempting a bicycle kick.



Usually I would call out a soccer player for flopping, because that's what happens 99% of the time.  This on the other hand is kinda hard to watch.  Pertuz gets strait dominated in the throat and goes down hard.  I feel bad for the dude, but no way Meram should have gotten a yellow card right?  Seriously he is just trying to score a goal.  How is this illegal?  Never have gotten this sport.  Video below.

Harris English Hits Man in the Head With Golf Ball at The Players (Video)

So I about died laughing when I saw this.  I felt bad at first, but after I found out the guy was alive and well it was really funny.  This was golfer Harris English on hole #1 today at The Players Championship.  Harris was -7 coming into the day and in second place.  It must have shook him up a little bit having his first shot of the day hit someone in the head because he finished the day with a +7, 79.  Ouch.  Guess he got some bad karma.

Josh Hamilton and the rest of the Texas Rangers Go Slip n Sliding (Video)

 It's not often we get to see Josh Hamilton sliding anywhere.  Mainly because he only hits home runs.  Hamilton along with the rest of the Texas Rangers went onto the field during last nights rain delay against the Orioles and slid onto the tarp.  This is becoming a tradition around diamonds across the world, but it doesn't get old.  Someone needs to let me run out on the field next time and get a slide in.  You can check out the video on MLB.com.

Seriously, this has to be the American Dream right?  This Padres fan catches a foul ball last night in their game vs. the Rockies then proceeds to chug the rest of his beer.  Not to mention his team won the game.  If you ask me there is nothing more satisfying as a sports fan.  Haha, maybe it's just a close second to your team winning the championship, but either way it's awesome.  Video below.

This is Ultimately the Best Ultimate Frisbee Catch You Will Watch Today (Video)

Meets Brent Anderson of the Connecticut Constitution Ultimate Frisbee team.  I know nothing about the sports, but I do know this is an awesome catch no matter what game it is.  Not to mention the scoreboard showed a one point advantage for his team so this catch probably put the nail in the coffin.  Good job Brent.
