Ok so this is clearly the best dunk of the year in the NBA right? I don't care if John Lucas was really three feet tall instead of 5'10, LeBron freakin jumped over someone in a game! I usually like Mike Wilbon and think he is a smart guy, but saying this isn't in Lebron's top 800 dunks is completely ignorant. This immediatly goes in his top 20 dunks no matter what. Could have been the ugliest looking dunk and and he couldn've broken his leg on the way day but he still jumped over a human being in the middle of a game. Come on buddy. Video below.

So Justin Verlander pretty much took over baseball last year. Winning the MVP as a pitcher and going a remarkable 24-5 with a 2.4 ERA. What's the key to his success you might ask? Turns out they were never actually on the Mavs bench, but sitting in VIP seating that anyone can buy which is located directly beside the players bench. Still funny to hear the announcers freak out on the video below.
SB Nation - It turns out the fans in question are Aaron Cohen, a fashion designer who runs a clothing company called Revive, and a guy who goes by Chris Smokes on Twitter. Cohen is from the Michigan area, so we're guessing the seats came from the Pistons, not Mark Cuban or the Mavericks.

This is Pittsburgh’s Mayor Luke Ravenstahl Tebowing after the Steelers fell to the Broncos over the weekend. And yes, he's rocking a Tebow jersey. Talk about the ultimate slap in the face. The Mayor lost a bet and payed up like a good sport.
Mayweather is now taking to Facebook and Twitter to call out Manny Pacquiao for a May 5th bout. His jail sentence was pushed back to June 1 due to him already having a bout set in place for that date. He's even got his boy 50 cent tweeting at Pacquiao saying he's ducking the fight. Let's hope Pacquiao gets wind of the posts and kicks Mayweather right into his jail cell and locks it behind him.
Does this video of Jordan Jefferson spitting in a towel then wiping it on his face explain it all? Think so. I had Bama rolling the whole time. Their defense is way better than any offense in the Nation and one of the best I have ever seen in college football. Maybe if Jefferson prayed a little more often his less than par passing talent would have gotten him by like it does for my man Timothy Richard Tebow.

If you watched the Orlando Magic game last night you know Glen "Big Baby" Davis is really out of shape. I'm sure a lot of players are going to be off to a slow start due of the lockout. Dwight Howard made light of the situation by pretending to revive Davis with a defibrillator after he fell on the ground last night against the Bulls. Video below.

The first NFL playoff game today will feature Arian Foster and his new haircut against the Cincinnati Bengals. If the Texans play as awesome as his new dew they should walk away with a victory.
Here is Barkley during a TV timeout last night calling weight watchers a scam and hating on the Atlanta Hawks. Clearly this would be a lot worse if he actually meant that weight watchers didn't work. All he was actually saying is that it's crazy that they pay him so much money just to lose weight. Pretty funny the wording that he used though.

The crew goes on to say that they hate watching the Atlanta Hawks and the game they are calling is terrible, and the Hawks desperately need Dwight Howard, but he wouldn't want to go there anyway.
My opinion though is weight watchers is a scam. Anything you have to pay for is a scam other than a gym membership and food at the grocery store. Work out and eat healthy on a daily basis and you will be fine. You can find just about any workout tip and healthy eating tip for free on the internet.
