Is The Stanford Holder to Blame for the Loss To OKS

It's easy to blame it on kicker Jordan Williamson, but should we blame it on the holder instead?  I mean what kind of rookie puts the laces in right?  Stanford went on to lose the game 41-38 after this field goal miss.
