Dude With A Need For Speed Doing Donuts Around Cop Cars

That was some Tokyo Drift type driving right there. With all the people running out at the end this could be for a movie. I'm a little skeptical that cops can be that bad of drivers and that some ricer would be dumb enough to pull out moves like that in the middle of a busy highway. Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story though, right?
